Event 1:
The learner conducts a skills audit of crew/group, allocates
appropriate tasks and carries out assessment of work done. The learner could be asked to write a plan on how they would achieve this. Role play could be used for assessing feedback to crew member on work carried out and reaching agreement on possible training needs of crew member.
 

Event 2:
Conflict resolution. Learner will:
a.  Identify common causes of conflict at work.
 
b. Role play the resolution of a typical conflict such as:
 
Fatigue irritability.
Conflicting goals.
Conflicting personal commitments and obligations.
Stress.
Communication breakdown.

Cultural differences.

Examples
Dispute between two crew members.
Dealing with an irate customer or crew member.

Dealing with drunken or disorderly customers.

Emergency or distress situations.
